Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients:

    1 medium head cauliflower
    1 tbs extra-virgin olive oil
    Fine sea salt and ground black pepper

Preparation:

Heat a substantial pot of salted water to the point of boiling. Include cauliflower and cook until extremely delicate, around 10 minutes.
Hold 1/4 measure of the cooking fluid and afterward deplete well and exchange cauliflower to a nourishment processor. Include oil and held water, 1 tablespoon at once, and purée until smooth

Season with salt and pepper and serve
